Order Cancellation

Damages Claim

In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. Order Return / Exchange Policy

Once an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:

For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. Refunds may take upto 7 working days to process. If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
