Order Cancellation

If you wish to make any changes to the order you have placed or cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order by contacting our customer support. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been delivered.

Damages Claim

In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. The same product will be delivered at the mentioned address by means of our free home delivery service. Any claim after the mentioned time frame, will not be entertained.

Order Return / Exchange Policy

Once an order has been delivered to you but you wish to exchange it due to any of the mentioned reasons below, you may do so within 7 days after receiving the order. The accepted reasons of exchange are:

For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. Refunds may take upto 7 working days to process. If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.

The exchanged goods must be in new condition and returned in original packaging along with all the included accessories.
