İt is, no doubt, very good for the patients who can't use " Ground Toilet/ Eastern Commode."
Only a bit of customisation/ change is required. The legs which touch the ground & the lower middle part of the commode, touching the surface, needs " a curve" so that it doesn't "Slip" during the Fixing on the Eastern Commode.

Found it a simple, sturdy and workable rack for drying clothes. Astonishingly it adjust a large number of clothing items.
