Order Cancellation

Damages Claim

In case of a damaged product, you are requested to inform us about it within 24 hours to claim an exchange for your purchased product. For COD orders, you will be refunded your amount via bank transfer. Refunds may take upto 7 working days to process. If you claim for an exchange of your purchased product, a replacement product will be dispatched right after the original item has been received by our team. Delivery charges for the replacement will be borne by the customer.
